Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients and chopped apple in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, oil, and yogurt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients gently. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Mix cinnamon, sugar, and melted butter to make topping; sprinkle over batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool cake completely. Mix icing sugar with milk to make glaze and drizzle over cooled cake.
Notes
For best results, use a fresh apple and ensure not to overmix the batter.
