Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened vegan yogurt
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute fresh fruits for frozen ones for a different texture.
