Instructions
Whip the heavy cream until medium stiff peaks form, about 5-8 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk, sifted cocoa powder, and peanut butter until well combined.
Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate and peanut butter mixture until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container, top with chopped peanut butter cups, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Scoop and serve once frozen.
Notes
For best results, ensure cocoa powder is sifted to avoid lumps.
