  • 1 oz freeze-dried strawberries
  • 6 oz white chocolate melting wafers
  • 3 oz heavy cream
  • 6 oz dark chocolate melting wafers

Instructions 

  • Add freeze-dried strawberries to a food processor, blend into a powder, then sift for smoothness.
  • Mix strawberry powder and white chocolate wafers, heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over mixture and stir until smooth. Chill for 1 hour.
  • Shape into 13 balls, refrigerate for 1 hour, then freeze for 15 minutes if soft.
  • Melt dark chocolate, insert lollipop sticks if desired, dip truffles, and decorate with sprinkles or candies. Let set before serving.
