A delicious and easy treat combining sweet Medjool dates with rich almond butter and a chocolate coating, topped with nuts and sea salt.

dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), chopped

coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice each date lengthwise, remove pits, and fill with almond butter.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
Dip stuffed dates into melted chocolate, then place on sheet.
Sprinkle with chopped almonds and sea salt, then refrigerate until set.
