Instructions
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe mug using 15-second intervals.
Add sugars, milk, and vanilla to the melted butter; stir until combined and slightly thickened.
Mix in the flour and salt just until no dry spots remain.
Fold in most of the chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top and microwave on high for 60 seconds. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before eating.
