Ingredients
For the salmon:

For the avocado peach salsa:

large avocado, diced

For the sauce:
Spicy cilantro yogurt sauce

Instructions
Make your cilantro yogurt sauce. Set aside in the fridge until ready.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix salmon with oil, lime zest, lime juice, sugar, spices, salt, and pepper; bake for 15-20 minutes.
Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl; chill until serving.
Char tortillas if desired, then assemble tacos with salmon, cabbage, salsa, jalapeños, and sauce. Garnish with cilantro and sliced jalapeños.
Notes
For best flavor, let the salmon marinate briefly before baking.
