A creamy and flavorful Chicken Alfredo Pasta that's quick to prepare and perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Protein

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

olive oil
(for cooking)

cloves
fresh garlic

unsalted butter

cup
heavy cream
1
cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

fettuccine or your favorite pasta
Extras
Extra Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then rest.
Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan, whisk until smooth and thickened.
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and reserve some pasta water.
Slice chicken, add pasta and chicken to sauce, toss, and adjust consistency with reserved water.
Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water.
