A creamy and flavorful Chicken Alfredo Pasta that's quick to prepare and perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces fettuccine or your favorite pasta

Extras

  • Extra Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then rest.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add heavy cream and Parmesan, whisk until smooth and thickened.
  • Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and reserve some pasta water.
  • Slice chicken, add pasta and chicken to sauce, toss, and adjust consistency with reserved water.
  • Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water.
