A delightful and easy-to-make fruit salad with a creamy cheesecake base, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.5 cup milk (use more if needed)
  • 1 tub whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 4.5 cups fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, grapes, blueberries, apples, bananas) (assorted)

Instructions 

  • Beat softened cream cheese with pudding mix until smooth, then gradually add milk and fold in whipped topping.
  • Wash, dry, and prepare all fruit; slice strawberries, halve grapes, leave blueberries whole, add bananas last.
  • Gently fold fruit into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to set.
  • Optional: fold in extras like marshmallows, zest, or graham crumbs before serving.
