Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream butter and brown sugar, then add oats, flour, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Press into a 9-inch pan.
Mix blueberries with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch; spread over crust.
Combine melted butter, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over blueberries.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool and cut into 9 squares.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries if possible.
