Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch square pan.
Mix flour, sugars, salt, cinnamon, and melted butter for the crumb topping; chill.
Combine blueberries, flour, sugar, lemon zest, and juice; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix dry ingredients with yogurt and combine with wet ingredients.
Pour batter into pan, top with blueberry mixture and crumble, then bake for 55-65 minutes.
Cool, then slice into 9 squares and serve.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter to keep the cake light and fluffy.
