Instructions
Slice chicken into strips or keep whole; pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high; cook chicken until blistered and golden, then remove.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add mango and blister slightly.
Add soy, honey, vinegar, and cornstarch mixture; simmer until glossy and thickened.
Return chicken to pan, toss with glaze, cook 1-2 minutes, then garnish with red pepper flakes and green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken briefly before cooking.
