A quick and healthy parfait layered with fresh berries, creamy yogurt, and chia seeds for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 0.75 cup plain yogurt

Seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Sweeteners

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Flavorings

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fruits

  • 3/4 cup berries, fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  • Mix yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla until combined.
  • Layer berries at the bottom of a jar and break them up.
  • Top berries with the yogurt mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
  • In the morning, add extra toppings if desired.

Notes

You can use frozen berries and let them thaw slightly before layering.
