A quick and healthy parfait layered with fresh berries, creamy yogurt, and chia seeds for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

Instructions
Mix yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla until combined.
Layer berries at the bottom of a jar and break them up.
Top berries with the yogurt mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
In the morning, add extra toppings if desired.
Notes
You can use frozen berries and let them thaw slightly before layering.
