  • 1 cup cottage cheese (2% or full-fat)
  • 1 piece ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½–¾ cup milk of choice
  • Ice Ice, as needed

Instructions 

  • Add cottage cheese, banana, peanut butter, vanilla, and milk to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  • Add ice and blend again for a thicker texture.
  • Taste and add more milk if needed to adjust thickness.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use frozen banana for a colder, creamier smoothie.
