A delicious and refreshing smoothie combining the sweetness of bananas and peaches with creamy yogurt and a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)

Dairy & liquids

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Peel the banana and slice into chunks. Prepare peaches if fresh.
  • Pour juice and yogurt into blender. Add banana, peaches, honey, vanilla, and ice.
  • Blend on high until smooth, about 45-60 seconds.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish if desired.

Notes

You can use fresh or frozen peaches; frozen helps achieve a thicker texture.
