A simple and delicious side dish featuring tender zucchini topped with Parmesan cheese, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 4 pieces zucchini (quartered lengthwise)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash, dry, and quarter the zucchini.
  • Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan over zucchini.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and tender.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon after baking.
