Ingredients

Dairy

  • 0.25 cup Unsalted Butter

Oil

  • 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

  • 0.25 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Freshly Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt Flakes
  • 0.5 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)

Seafood

  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets (skin-on) ((Can be substituted with firm white fish))

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides.
