A refreshing and nutritious green smoothie combining creamy avocado, sweet pineapple, and fresh spinach for a healthy boost.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 piece ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (washed)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes optional Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Place avocado, pineapple, and spinach into a blender.
  • Add water and lemon juice, then blend until smooth.
  • Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend briefly.
  • Add ice cubes if desired, then blend until crushed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, add more ice or use frozen pineapple.
