These easy, no-bake brownies combine dates, tahini, and cocoa for a rich treat with just five ingredients.

Instructions
Add the dates and tahini to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Mix in cocoa powder and salt until well combined.
Press the mixture into a lined 22x12 cm loaf tin and freeze for 30 minutes.
Cut into 8 squares, then dip each into melted dark chocolate and refrigerate until set.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
