These easy, no-bake brownies combine dates, tahini, and cocoa for a rich treat with just five ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Medjool dates
  • 120 ml tahini
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 150 g dark chocolate

Instructions 

  • Add the dates and tahini to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Mix in cocoa powder and salt until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into a lined 22x12 cm loaf tin and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into 8 squares, then dip each into melted dark chocolate and refrigerate until set.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
