Delight in these easy, no-bake brownie balls made with just three simple ingredients. Perfect for a quick, healthy treat that satisfies your chocolate cravings.

Ingredients

Dried Fruits

  • 1.5 cups pitted Medjool dates (weight is 222g)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder (72g)

Chocolate Chips

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips (316g)

Instructions 

  • Add dates to a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms. Scrape sides as needed.
  • Mix in 1/2 cup of cocoa powder until combined into a soft dough.
  • Test the mixture; add more cocoa if too sticky, blending until workable.
  • Scoop 1 tbsp portions, roll into balls, and freeze for 15-30 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if needed.
  • Dip each frozen ball into melted chocolate, place on parchment, and let set. Store in fridge or freezer.

Notes

Ensure dates are soft for easier blending, or soak dry dates beforehand.
