These easy, no-bake chocolate coconut balls are perfect for a quick treat with just three simple ingredients.
Ingredients

shredded coconut (unsweetened)
(homemade preferred)

condensed milk (coconut or regular)

dark chocolate or chocolate chips
(for melting)
Instructions
Mix shredded coconut with condensed milk until thick.
Form mixture into balls of 1-2 Tbsps each.
Chill balls in the fridge for 15-30 minutes or freeze for 5-10 minutes.
Melt chocolate using microwave or double boiler.
Dip coconut balls into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
