These easy, no-bake chocolate coconut balls are perfect for a quick treat with just three simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened) (homemade preferred)
  • 1 cup condensed milk (coconut or regular)
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate or chocolate chips (for melting)

Instructions 

  • Mix shredded coconut with condensed milk until thick.
  • Form mixture into balls of 1-2 Tbsps each.
  • Chill balls in the fridge for 15-30 minutes or freeze for 5-10 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate using microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip coconut balls into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
