Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 3/4 cups self-rising flour (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vegan or regular)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix flour and yogurt until combined to form a dough.
  • Divide dough into 8 portions and roll each into a flat circle.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side.
